Once your driver is on the way, open the SHARE Mobility app and click the phone icon. This will allow you to call your driver directly. We ask that riders only do this in the event of an emergency, as SHARE discourages distracted driving.
You will also receive push notifications when your driver is in-route to your designated pick-up location.
