This article covers some of the most common questions for riders of programs similar to the Dublin Connector and the Hilliard Express. If you're part of a Workforce program through your employer, click here.
How do I know if I am scheduled to ride or not?
You’ll receive a notice via text message or email informing you when your request is submitted and when your ride is scheduled. If not, you can go to the Rider Booking Site and view your rides. Any rides that have been scheduled will show as “Scheduled” instead of “Requested” on your home screen.
What time will SHARE pick me up?
Your pick up time will be listed in the Rider Booking Site at the time of your booking. If you selected Pickup-by at the time of booking, your pickup time will be based on your requested time. If you selected Arrive-by, check your upcoming rides to see the time.
What if my schedule changes in the middle of the day?
In the event your schedule changes, we ask that you cancel any rides you won’t be able to take. Alternatively, you can call the SHARE Dispatch team at 833-742-7333 and we will try to make any accommodations your program will allow for you.
Can I track the driver on the way to pick me up?
Of course! When your driver is en-route you'll recieve a text with a link to track the driver. As they drive the route, you will receive updates as the driver makes their way to your location!
Will SHARE make additional stops? (i.e. gas stations, fast food, grocery stores, etc.)
To keep everything on schedule and to accommodate all riders in a vehicle, there will be no additional stops made outside of the pick-ups and drop-offs of our riders. For safety reasons, we do not including additional stops on either end of a trip.
Can you pick me up first on the route?
SHARE does not allow riders to request the order of our routing. Instead, SHARE routes adjust dynamically and determine the most efficient route to minimize the time spent on a vehicle for everyone riding. That means the order may change each day based upon who is riding, where everyone is going, what traffic patterns look like, etc.
