Scheduling a Ride

This guide covers the steps to submit a ride-request using the rider booking site. Your booking site may look a little different than the one included in this guide depending on your program. 

Organizations can vary in a few ways, ask your program contact if you're unsure of:

• The areas or locations that are available for pickup and drop-off 

• The times you can schedule rides for

• Whether you schedule using 'Pickup by' times, 'Arrive by' times, or both

Sign into Rider Booking Site using email and password
Once signed into the booking site, you'll see the main screen where you can select between 'One Way' and 'Round Trip'
Enter a pickup location and a drop-off location*. If your organization offers 'Door-to-Door' you can enter your address or use a saved address from your profile
Enter the date for your ride to see the available times.  Pickup-by reserves a trip based on your expected pickup. Arrive-by reserves a trip based on your expected arrival.
Tap or click on 'Find Rides'
You’ll be shown a preview of your route with the dates and times, if it looks correct tap or click on 'Book this Ride' to confirm!
