Viewing or Cancelling your Rides

This guide covers the steps to view, edit, or cancel a ride-request using the rider booking site. Your booking site may look a little different than the one included in this guide depending on your program. 

Organizations can vary in a few ways, ask your program contact if you're unsure of:

• The amount of time before a ride you must cancel to not be marked 'No-Show' '

Sign into Rider Booking Site using email and password
On the top right corner of the web app, tap or click on ‘My Rides’
A pop up frame on the left will appear with upcoming rides and past rides Tap or click on 'Details' for the ride you would like to view, edit, or cancel* *Rides marked 'En-Route' are unable to be cancelled, check with your program contact if you have any questions
The trip details will expand with the option to cancel  Click on 'Cancel' to remove the ride request from the schedule
A prompt will appear to confirm cancellation. Select 'Yes' to continue
A final prompt will appear confirming that the trip was canceled
